The TTplus project has also researched the issue of equal opportunities of trainers. Equal opportunities of learners is a widely accepted and sometimes researched topic. But our field studies have revealed that equal opportunities of trainers are also relevant eventhough nearly ignored as research perspective. For example accessibilty of opportunities for professional development are a big issue for trainers in rural areas.
