5th partner meeting in Evora

The TTplus project has met for the final project meeting in Evora from 4th to 5th of September. The partners discussed the feedback on the framework from the focus groups as well as possible links to EQF. Issues for further reseach, further development and possible steps for a first implementation have been analysed.

4th partner meeting in Athens.
The TTplus project partner have met in a springlike Athens from 6th to 7th of March. Main issue was the discussion of the framework for professional development of trainers which comprise of two main papers: the principle document and the accreditation document. These two documents need a next round of review and will then be uploaded to the project website.  TheTTplus project also developed an extensive dissemination strategy during this meeting.

3rd partner meeting in Vienna.
Our Austrian partner navreme knowledge development hosted the 3rd partner meeting in Vienna from the 22nd to 23rd of November 2007. The partners identified 21 driving forces that are important for their instances of change. Each instances of change will be additionally decribed with this 21 driving forces. The TTplus project will visualize this description with the help of Camilla Torna from ICASTIC. A first draft of the framework for professional development was presented to the partners.

Interim meeting in Gent
The TTplus team used the opportunity of being together at the ECER conference 2007 for a short interim meeting. The website was presented to the partners and the basis for the development of the scenario has been discussed.

2nd partner meeting in Sinaia
The second meeting took place in Sinaia from the 24th - 25th of May. Each partner presented results of his / her case studies. The methodology was discussed. The project partner decided that the sencarios of practice will be based onpractice and will create the foundation for the development of scnearios of policies. With this appraoch the usual attempt to transfer scenarios of policies into real practice is turned the other way around: in TTplus the scenarios of policies will be grounded in actual and observable practice.

Kick-off meeting - Bremen
Taking place from the 14th to 15th December of 2006 in Bremen. 10 central questions were created:

  1. Are trainers (in)able / (not) enabled to undertake their practices as trainers of learning in a changing work environment and in what ways?
  2. What types of problems do trainers face and how do they deal with these problems?
  3. From what sources and settings are trainers (in)able to learn in order to develop in a changing work environment?
  4. What type of leanring strategies do trainers they use for their personal development?
  5. What is the motivation for trainers to develop professionally?
  6. What are the influences for and requirement to change from the learners?
  7. What are the influences for and requirements to change from the training providers and funding sources?
  8. What are the external conditions and circumstances for trainers to (not) undertake CPD?
  9. What is the gap betwen actual and intended / desired practices?
  10. Sum of (in)formal learnign experiences throughout their career
