TTplus has developed a series of “instances of change” from the case studies.

We draw heavily on the idea of use cases, a methodology derived from software development and adapted by Peter Rees Jones to the educational context. We adapted especially the template for the scenarios to our purpose.

Our instances of change describe moments of innovation, of change, or good practice of training that we found in our case studies. The innovative point is that these instances of innovation / change / good practice are told from three different perspectives in a narrative way

  • From the perspective of the trainer
  • From the perspective of the trainee
  • From the perspective of the person who organise the training within companies

Find here the description of our instances of change.
