The TTplus project is developing a framework for professional development of trainers.

The following products are result of the project:

1. The framework itself that consists of two documents: the TTplus principle document and the TTplus accreditation document.
2. Case studies done in 6 partner countries (Germany, Greece, The Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, UK) have been conducted to investigate the situation of trainers and their professional development within companies. You can download the national case studies as well as a summary of the findings.
3. The TTplus project was very much interested in the innovative aspect of training. Therefore we applied the method of use cases and instances of change. We have described innovative moments of training (instances of change) in a narrative storytelling approach. For every country 6 of these instances of change in training have been described.
4. A series of papers on methodological issues has been produced by the TTplus team.
